Trouser trouble!

Hold on a second, what are you wearing right now? Probably your pyjamas, but what did you wear today, or this weekend? Probably jeans, right? Well, I always wear jeans. They are so comfy and easy to throw on with everything, but what happens when you want to shake it up? Well, today I am giving you some OPTIONS ( I know right, it's incredible!). I have put together a few outfits with different trousers to try. So lets get on with it before you explode with excitement.

First, I know, it is kind of cheating, but I adore dungarees. Although they are mainly worm in the summer, they can be super comfortable and stylish. I bought these in NewLook for £7 (!). I think I like these a bit more to normal dunagrees, they are tight and high waisted and very somfy because they are also stretchy. In the summer, these are essential, but in the winter they can be useful too. Throw on some knitted leggings underneath and it makes a cute outfit (obvs wear a top too!).

Next we have a personal fave of mine, ripped trousers. These are for if you are feeling like a hipster. You can wear them with anything from shirts to baggy t-shirts which is great. They make your outfit a bit more casual and like a proper teenager from tumblr. But I sometimes wear these because they are comfy. These are from Topshop, so are more expensive then the other highstreet brands, but the quality is excellent! But, if you want to get creative (or if you are super bored on a Saturday afternoon because your friends are all busy, thanks friends), you can get some old or cheap jeans and try doing it yourself, But SEEK ADVICE FIRST! My advice doesn't count, because last time I tried to do that I ruined a pair of nice jeans, I looked like someone from "teen wolf" that had been attacked by an actual wolf.

And finally, my favourite! AHHHH! So excited. My final replacement for jeans are printed trousers such as the ones I am wearing in this picture. These are (embarrisingly enough) from F&F (I think that is in a supermarket somewhere, awkward!). But no matter how embarrasing it is that they are bought from the same place that you pick up your milk and eggs, I do think these are beautiful! The aztec print is "out there" but also super sophisticated. I think that the top I paired this with (from France) is perfect for a more "put together" look. Because I don't always like looking like the classic teen, I have my own little style. I rolled up these trousers to make them look a bit more casual. Unfortunately, the normal black button came off of this so I replaced it with a cute black button with gold around the sides. To be honest, I think it looks better than the original one. I love this look so much, I decided to make it my "outfit of the week" aswell. So you can read more about it there!
So there you have it! My favourite alternatives to the classic denim trousers. Have fun experimenting with these ideas. I wanted to incoporate three different styles for everyone because I knwo not everyone will go for my "sophisticated look". Hope this helped you in your infinite struggle to mix it up!
It's been great talking to you,
see you later.
