Sorry for the delay, I would say I had a busy week, but my mother told me not to lie :/. But I thought I would do a skincare post today! Just as a disclaimer, I have quite oily skin on my forehead and I don't get spots a lot, so the products I use might not work for you.

eye makeup remover.jpg

So first I remove any stray makeup which I have missed before using the "simple kind to eyes eye makeup remover" on a cotton pad. I close my eyes and rub the cotton pad on my eyes in circular motions. Most eyemakeup removers will do, I like this one a lot though because it is kind to eyes and my eyes are quite sensitive so it doesn't agitate them like some makeup removers do.

After this I usually get into the shower and wash myself using the Soap and Glory products: "Orangeasm" *cringe*, a lovely smelling body wash which is just so refreshion and the "sugar crush" body scrub to make my legs super smooth. Both of these products have quite fruity/ citrusy smells which I love especially for the morning because it makes you wake up and feel refreshed. I don't really like super sugary scents because they can be a bit overwhelming.

Then I get out of the shower and put a bit of "Neautrogena pink grapefruit cream face wash" on my fingertips, rub my fingertips together and put that on my face in a circular motion, not forgetting to wash in the crevice of the nose and other hard to reach places. I love this cream wash a lot because, again, it is really refreshing and makes me feel really clean. I think it helps with spots because since I have been using it, I have had considerably less break-outs, After distrabuting it all over my face I then use a wet flannel to wash it off.

Next, I pump a handfull of the "tea tree and witch hazel foaming face wash" into my hand. Then I wipe this all over my face, avoiding my eyes. Again, this is a favourite of mine because it had tea tree in it which really helps with spots. After I wash it off with a handfull of water and use a flannel to get any product I have missed.

And then I use the "BOTANICS all bright face scrub" with hibiscus and apricot seeds in it to exfoliate and brighten my skin. I put a bit on my finger tips and put that on my face and mostly on my cheeks as they are super bumpy. I use my fingers or a flannel to really rub this onto my skin to get rid of the bumps and make my skin all smooth and soft. This buffs away dead skin and brightens the complexion which I love because I often look pretty tired (I blame Netflix). Then I use the flannel to get any residue off with some water and I then dry my face with a towel.

moisteriser.jpg

And finally I moisterise with the "clean and clear dual action moisteriser" which is great because it is oil-free and sinks into the skin really nicely because of the products which help your face absorb moisteriser. This moisteriser also leaves your skin super soft and lovely ready for makeup!

So that is it! I also made a video just in case you wanted to watch it! Quite proud of it really! Hope you enjoy it!

It's been great talking to you,

see you later!
